Complaints

Feri Trust (Luxembourg) S.A. and its employees are obliged to provide all services in the best interest of investors/clients and to avoid conflicts of interest as far as possible.

Should you nonetheless have cause for complaint, please inform us of your concerns. You will receive an initial response to your complaint in no more than seven working days stating how we intend to proceed and how long it should take.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may wish to either approach Marcel Renné, Chairman of Feri Trust (Luxembourg) S.A. or make use of the procedures for the out-of-court settlement of complaints provided by the CSSF under CSSF Regulation No 16-07.
